Beacon (sonde) signal can be used for metallic
and non-metallic pipe where a signal is difficult to induce onto your target line i.e. plastic, concrete, or clay pipe.
The Subsite© 150R Locator with Beacon is an easy way to trace out pipe.
The transmitting sonde (Beacon) is attached to a sewer push rod and sent down the pipe.
The Beacon's transmitted signal is picked up by the 150R Receiver
for precise location.
Your choice of Beacon will depend on your
pipe material, diameter, soil type, and depth.
