PROMINENT VARIO C SERIES PUMPS

The standard version of the ProMinent® Vario C motor driven pump is fitted with an 115V 60 Hz AC motor. It has a capacity range of 2.5 to 20.3 gph (9.6 to 76.8 l/h) at a maximum backpressure of 145-58 psig (10-4 bar). The pump capacity is adjusted by varying the stroke length (3mm) in 1% steps via a self-locking adjusting knob. The repeatable dosing accuracy is better than +/- 2% with correct installation and in the stroke length range of 30-100% (installation instructions in the operating manual must be followed). The rugged, corrosion resistant plastic housing is rated NEMA 4X. To facilitate adaptation of the pumps to the widest possible range of process requirements we offer a choice of four gearbox ratios, two liquid end sizes and two liquid end materials (PVDF, SS). For safety reasons, all motor driven dosing pumps must be equipped with adequate protection against electrical and mechanical overload.
