PULSATRON MIXERS FOR
GENERAL CHEMICALS
These mixers are designed for ease and convenience. The clamp
mount provides a convenient method of attaching a mixer to a vertical
surface or support such as the side wall of a tank or drum. This
mount saves time since it requires no drilling or extra mixer supports.
It also is portable and can be easily transferred from one tank or drum
to another. Each mount features a rugged dual clamp design which
holds the mixer securely in place. The mount is designed with a
bolt secured pivot allowing for adjustment of the angle at which the
mixer shaft enters the tank for increased efficiency. The clamp
mount is constructed of steel and is coated with corrosion resistant
paint.
The bracket mount mixer allows you to
mount a mixer to a tank cover or other flat surface. Four 18/8
stainless steel bolts and two 3/8" thick steel brackets hold the mixer
in place, requiring no additional mixer supports.
All mixers feature a 316 stainless steel
shaft and an integral impeller. The shaft is couple to the motor
via a brass adapter, secured by four stainless steel set screws.
Above mixers are for use with general
chemicals. Special coated
mixers are available for applications where the solution is not
compatible with stainless steel. |
