INSTRUCTIONS

1. Rinse test tube with sample leaving two or three drops.
2. Add one DPD No. 1 tablet and crush. Fill test tube to 10 mL mark and mix to dissolve.
3. Take the test reading. - see instrument instructions (Free Chlorine)
4. Continue the test on the same test portion.
5. Add one DPD No. 3 tablet, crush and mix to dissolve.
6. Stand for 2 minutes.
7. Take the test reading. (Total Chlorine)

Combined Chlorine = Total Chlorine - Free Chlorine
