Lansas
holds two patents on their Domehead multi-size plugs. These
plugs are not only the most durable available in today's
market, they are also the lightest in weight. Their 2-ply or
more biased tire cord reinforcement allows for more controlled
expansion of the plug. This design reduces the stress on the
sidewall and eliminates end to end tears like other products
on the market.
The
second design patent is the plug ends are reinforced with
a steel "spider" ring wrapped in fabric. This
feature allows for the stress of inflation to be transferred
from the end plate to the fabric reinforced spider ring.
These
two unique design features are what set Lansas apart from the
competition. Domehead plugs are made of ozone protected natural
rubber outer coverings.

are available to block flow in 4" through 96" diameter pipe. The

All models include lifting eyes on both ends and a 1/4" inflation
port, 10x16 and larger include a 1/4" and 1/2" inflation port. |
