Nitrification inhibition may be required for
seeded samples or biologically treated effluents and allows for the direct measurement
of CBOD.
Hach’s formula contains 2% TCMP (2-chloro-
6-(trichloromethyl) pyridine) bound to
an inert substrate to aid in dissolving.
Use two shots per 300-mL BOD bottle. 35g
bottle accommodates up to 200 samples. Order dispensing cap
separately.
