CORETAKER  OVERVIEW

The CORETAKER is a rugged core sampler designed to withstand the rigors of routine usage and FLOATS if dropped into basin.

The CORETAKER can be assembled and disassembled without the use of tools and divides into two 8 foot pieces. Custom lengths are available.

Operation: To use slowly lower the Check Valve end of the tube to the floor of the sedimentation basin. Quickly lift the sampler up seating the Check Valve and observe the solid/liquid interface level on the depth markers. Drain sample from the CORETAKER by simply touching the valve stem against any hard surface to unseat the Check Valve and purge the sample from the unit.
