The Line-Tamer's primary concern is to

The Line-Tamer solves the problem of
taking large amounts of pressurized water and diffusing to where there
is no pressure. The patented process diffuses the pressure and the water
fills out the bottom of the unit and flows harmlessly away effectively
eliminating any opportunity for injury or damage to property.
