The 'On Top' Easy Off is a lightweight yet durable tool, versatile
enough to remove the most stubborn manhole covers. Constructed of extra
heavy walled steel tubing, it is reinforced at the stress point by an
extra wide, extruded collar which provides 360° contact with the shaft.
The chain
is made of high strength steel and our 'J' hook is fabricated from
