User Instructions
Position EXTRACTOR upright with contact feet located just outside the
cover edge
Adjust short chain using position #3, so the handle is at about 11-12
o'clock
Pull back on EXTRACTOR lifting cover from ring. Cover should seat
under ledge and up against butterfly wings with EXTRACTOR handle at
about 2-3 o'clock
Adjust long chain as required to lift cover safely and distribute the
load to both hooks
NOTE: Always wear appropriate safety clothing (steel toe boots,
leather gloves, etc.) to avoid injury when removing covers. The
primary function of the EXTRACTOR is to assist in the removal of vault lid
covers. Brake loose frozen covers prior to lifting. |
