This 2" Hydrant Backflow Preventer is the same as the
P902 with an added dump that channels unwanted backflow out of the
unit and onto the ground. The device is AWWA And CSA approved to
protect against back-siphonage and back pressure of contaminated water
into the potable water supply. The maximum working pressure is 175
psi and is hydrostatically tested to 350 psi. |

restrict outflow of a hydrant
in frequent use. It can also be used to throttle a hydrant
