For PE SDR17 and thinner the
HPC8TN is specifically designed to cut without deforming or crushing
thin wall pipe. The cutters work by rocking the tools around the firmly
anchored PE pipe, slicing the wall of the PE pipe without cutting it.
The HPC4 & 8 are for pipe thickness greater than SDR17.
