4NS SERIES OVERVIEW

The Goulds 4NS series pumps are as rugged as it gets.  Use these pumps to replace Flygt, ABS AFP, Hydromatic and many other brands. Designed for domestic or industrial sewage applications.  All cast iron construction closed 2 vane impeller for maximum wear and efficiency.  Dual mechanical seals with moisture protection system. Air filled motor with 416 SS motor shaft, and dry run capability.  All of these features contribute to making this one of the most durable long lasting sewage pumps available on the market today.   Flow rates from 100 to 1100 GPM, and heads to 140 feet (60 psi).  Motors are continuous duty rated and are available in three phase only.  Available in 200, 230 or 460 volt with 25’ cord standard.

Moisture protection system consists of two wire, dual moisture sensing probes located in the oil chamber between the inner and outer seals.  If the outer seal fails and allows water into the chamber the probe senses that and sends a signal to your control panel. (Must have alarm circuit on panel to operate) it will also detect moisture before it reaches the bearing or stator to protect them from damage.
