FlexRods are used for pushing Sondes along
sewers or ducts. It is made of fiberglass rod in a polypropylene sleeve
which make it resistant to abrasion, most solvents, oils and acids.
The rod straightens as it leaves the spool and is sufficiently
rigid
for its entire length down the sewer or duct. It is compatible with all
Radiodetection Sondes with an M10 male threaded end.
It is fitted with a brake to help maintain control. Attached to a cage
via a spring coupling so the rod will not break or be lost when
completely unwound. |
